• Park, lodge, plot and project details you provide.
• Messages, photographs, measurements and quote information.
• Records of our communications and work completed for you.
• Basic technical information recorded by our website host for security and operation.

Why we use your information

• Respond to enquiries and prepare estimates or quotes.
• Arrange site visits and deliver agreed work.
• Manage payments, warranties, customer service and business records.
• Protect our website and prevent spam or misuse.
• Meet legal, tax, accounting and insurance requirements.

Our lawful bases

We normally process enquiry details because it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract. We process customer and project records to perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, and pursue legitimate interests such as operating, improving and protecting our business.

We do not currently use quote enquiries for email or text marketing. If this changes, we will provide a separate choice where required.

Who we share information with

We only share information where necessary with relevant staff, installation teams, suppliers, professional advisers, insurers, payment providers, IT providers and website/email hosting providers. We may also disclose information where required by law.

We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep information

• Unsuccessful enquiry and quote records: normally up to 24 months.
• Customer, contract, invoice and payment records: normally 7 years.
• Warranty and project records: for the warranty period and a reasonable period afterwards.

We may keep information longer where a legal claim or obligation requires it.

Your rights
